Adding MMS Settings for Carriers

You cannot set MMS Settings via mobileconfig files (the method I use to set the Data Settings) so you will have to add them in my hand. I’ve had a lot of people ask me for these settings so I’ve decided to put them all in one place.

Over the next few weeks I will be adding a section to put MMS Settings for Different Carriers so you can enter them in my hand.

If you want to help and you know of (working) MMS settings) or even (Working) APN Settings which I have not got in my list please let me know and email to admin@unlockit.co.nz

  1. Do you have an ETA on when these MMS settings will be made available? I have an iPhone 3GS running iOS4 on the US AT&T network that requires the custom APN for data to work.

    The data works great now; unfortunately, MMS is a no-go.

  2. The cellular data settings page you have shown up there in a screen grab, is that on iOS4? When I go into the Settings->General->Network area, I have only a toggle to turn on or off Cellular Data, no options to change any settings on them.

    Thank you for this site, it has at least enabled my data back on my 3GS with iOS4.

  5. Help me my mms mesaging on iPhone 2g 3.1.2 isn’t working I have read through what feels like 63636262 fourms and followed them to the T but it’s a no go I think they changed something recently

    i have the same problem too. i have a 3g with ios4. i jailbroke it, even unlocked it and i cant get my mms/3g/internet to work without wifi. i have an original internet plan that i had before the iphone came out, my unlocked 2g worked fine with it. i dont have an option to enter the apn? help 🙁

Hey man I have an 3GS ios4.0 and I lost my codes for mms I used to have them when I was on 3.1.2 now I’m looking for something that works with tmobile I have some settings but when somebody sent me an mms I get a msg saying that the resolution it’s to big. How can I fix that? I seen a lot of settings on the web but not sure witch one is the correct one.

  15. Jesse , search google for mms settings for tmobile ios4 in the first few results there is a page that explains how to fix it. There’s a cydia source you need to add then search t-mobile in cydia and instal the mms fix. It’s the ONLY thing that worked for me I. Combination with some apn settings.

  19. How do you enable that screen on your iphone ? Mine is JB and unlocked but the only setting I have is “Cellular Data” with switches ON and OFF. No screen to enter MMS settings.

    Please help…

  25. Below are the details for Orange UK however when I try to complete this in the costum APN on this website I can only complete the APN, username and password and it does not seem to work…help!

  26. @ VU, I have an unlocked iPhone 3G firmware 4.01 and I have only Cellular Data which switches on/off and no place to enter the mms settings. The person that unlocked my iPhone has put internet2.voicestream for my data and I don’t want to mess up my phone by locking it or something. Please see what advise you can give me. Thank u

  43. Hi, I recently updated to the latest software version on itunes (4.2.1). I have an iphone 3GS and everything went a bit awol. Now I dont have the option of MMS when I take photos, which I used all the time 🙁 I spoke to my carrier (Telecom NZ) and they told me that my cellular data APN is internet.telecom.co.nz, which I typed in. This got my internet up and running again, even though I keep getting messages saying it can’t connect. no go with MMS though, can you help??

  48. I am using iPhone 4 in Australia with Lebara simcard.. I already set APN via using your website on safari.. It’s just so wonderful.. Now the Internet on my phone is working wonderful..

    But still,, the MMS is still not working at all..

    I would love your to suggest me how can I set it on..

  52. Hi, I live in Pakistan and using Mobilink as my network. I am facing problem in sending mms from my Iphone. There isnt any problem in recieving mms but sending an mms always fails. Please help in this regard

  58. I have an iphone 3gs and am using a straight talk sim. I can’t use the mms right now, but they sent me all the information for setting it up. I just don’t have any way to go in and manually change it 🙁 I hope there’ll be an update or fix for this soon.

    at start my mms was working perfect but as soon as i updated to IOs6 i t just not working any more
