I have switched over to the new version (previously beta) which automatically works out what country you are in.

If you have any suggestions please let me know

I have written a much newer version of unlock it which will work out where you are and by default pick the country you are in (hopefully) so you don’t have to scroll as much.

Its linked in the app after you go past the first page. Give it a try and let me know if it gets it right.

  4. I have the iPhone 4S running iOS 5 and I added the At&t Carrier APN, and ever since adding the APN I can access web now but I can’t send receive pictures. But if i delete the APN setting and connected to WI-FI I can send receive pictures. Any suggestions??

  6. I posted a comment here yesterday about data problems, but can’t find it. Perhaps it has to be moderated.

    Anyway, I just realized that my $5 data plan to ATT had run out and needed renewed. The culprit was NBC, since disabled. I gave ATT another $5

    I converted my son’s old iPhone 3gs to a GoPhone by swapping out his sim card with a el cheapo goPhone sim card, then using Unlockit for data usage. Works great! Next month, I’m going to Europe, and would like to use this phone.
    Questions:
    1) do I need to officially unlock this phone to use an European sim card? If so, which one should I buy?
    2) I’ll be travelling to several different countries – do I switch Unlockit codes at the border?

    Any other issues I should know about?

  9. This version doesn’t allow you to create your own custom apn … As for romania you don’t have listed cosmote broadband apn, you only have wnw

  11. Iphone 4 ios 5.0.1 – using the $50 per month unlimited talk text and data on gophone… just turned off wifi and yes yes yes…. 3G works!!!! you soooooooo rock!
    Word of advice… there are several carriers listed for AT&T… i did my homework and selected AT&T cingular wap as the provider and it unlocked my data perfectly!! Merry freakin Christmas to me!!!! Thanks a million!

  14. I am going to Italy (Rome, Florence and Sienna) this summer. Can I use one of these APN’s for Tim or Vodaphone for my non AT&T jailbroken iphone 4S?
